(like if it is a little bent towards one side is it going to become symmetric ? ). Anyone had this operation done? thanks!

My daughter had septoplasty when she was 15 and it did not change the shape of her nose.

It can. In fact, most nose jobs in the past were done with a cover up excuse of a deviated septum. A good plastic surgeon will straighten your nose if that's what you want!
