I was also wondering if there was anywhere that I could cash them in, or use them as tax write-offs.

Mass does have from time to time drawings of losing tickets however right now they are just trash.

I don,t know about MA, but in WI and IL you can use them to enter a second chance lottery on the backside of the tickets

No, because they're not worth anything. Good luck trying to claim money lost gambling as a tax write-off.

Yes, come tax time you can deduct them from any gambling winnings that you might have for that year. Before you throw them out, talk to your accountant, it will only cost you a phone call then you can make your decision.
