I ran out of apples but i do have pears and bananas, is that ok? Will that give me energy and provide glucose. And grapes too.

pears are great. They are high in fiber and taste good too. Bananas are are also good, and high in potassium. Grapes are high in sugar, pretty much any fruit is good.

Fruit is good for you but not in extreme amounts. Fruit does contain a lot of sugar for energy but you have to balance sugar out with protein or your glucose level could crash leaving you with too low of blood sugar levels.

Yes, you should eat two-four servings of fruit a day even though fruit are healthy the have glucose(sugar) in them

a pear is definitely a fruit,,,but there is an old addage,,,"AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY",,apples,oranges ,peaches,pineapples,pears,,all good fruit

they are OK too as long as they are fresh and not from cans =good luck and enjoy=they all supply their own sugars and bananas have potassium as well

most fruit has similar ingredients. its probably best to eat a variety to get the benefits from everything!
