All of the sudden this morning I felt dizzy, tired, foggy, lightheaded, and nauseas(sp?), have a mild dry cough, had diarhea twice. Other than that I am fine. Anything going around? I just want to go to sleep, but i cant sleep either.

you got a bit of the flu. so drink alot of water. and try to laydown and get some rest. I got sick like 3 days ago and i slept for 13 hours today. I feel great now. Still got a cough. but its going away.

Sounds like you cought a virus. Could be a Flu. Could be stomach Flu. Just drink a lot of fluid and Vit. C. If doesn't go away, consult a doctor.

It could be a multitude of things. You could be pregnant, could have food sickness, the flu, ect.
All of it seems to be going around.
I would make an appointment to see your doctor if it goes on for a few days. :)

It could be just a viral infection, or could be something you ate, or stress or any number of things. If it doesn't improve, I'd go see a doctor to be sure.

It could be a number of things. Pneumonia, stomach virus, or you may even be pregnant!
If it doesn't get any better, then go see your doctor.

If you are female, maybe you're pregnant. If you're male or you no you are not pregnant maybe you are sick. Rest a few days and see if it passes. I don't know what you could have except maybe a recurrent flu bug.
