God cannot create anything that is impossible to exist by definition. It's like God can't make a "square" circle or parallel lines that cross. In the same way since God has ALL power there cannot be any more power or another creature that has more power. God cannot creat an object so heavy that He cannot lift if because there is nothing that the Almighty God cannot move at will.

An intelligent question indeed.
To say God can't create a being more powerful than Him implies God has limited abilities which contradicts the notion of an all-powerful God. However to say God can create a being more powerful than Him would imply that God is not all powerful and there is room for a higher power to exist.
An all powerful God should have the ability to create a being more powerful than Him but He would also be able to reverse His creation at anytime He wills. Free will is the attribute of an all-powerful God.

You do not understand what omnipotent means. No, Creator is always the most powerful. God is whatever He decides to be within His character. It is not His character to create something more powerful than Him. :)

That is kind of an odd circle, see, if GOD created anything, He can control it. That makes it always less powerful, because the creator can just as easily be the terminator.
The creator knows the secrets of the creation intimately and could always know the "weakness" of His/Its creation, so ..........
Even if the creator created a being with more MUSCLE so to speak, it would be weak, because it would be always in the shadow of its CREATOR, with its creator knowing its strengths and its weaknesses!

I like the 2 points this question brings, because it is a fixed question to guarantee you are right, but maybe there are other options, which would really make God omnitient and omnipotent. And those answers would make you wrong.

a ordinary trick question from athiest... you do not probable desire to comprehend if God can create a a being greater efficient than himself; the area of your question is to argue that God would not exist and advise that anybody who believes in any different case is ignorant. not one of the ordinary eventualities appropriate to the origins of the universe may well be shown any further than intellegent layout. i ought to attempt to cajole you that what i think is the actuality, or you may attempt to cajole me that what you have faith is real. in actuality neither human beings can teach it. That being mentioned, the respond on your question is...sure he can...

I still think a better question is:
Can god ever stop being god?
Can god just up and quit?
