I know I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with someone who was constantly screaming "IDOL WORSHIPPER!!!!!" at me.

The main issue in religiously mixed marriages arises if the couple chooses to have children. In what religion will the child be raised? Unfortunately, that single issue has destroyed many relationships. As a Catholic myself, I'd have to know that the Baptist in question would seriously respect my beliefs. I would also agree to respect hers, of course.

I am catholic and I believe it could create a problem in the relationship, it certainly would be better if they were of the same belief, both Baptist or both catholics.

If you like lively dinner discussions on how we got here. One chanting the ignorance of creation, while the other has accepted science and has a much better understanding of evolution. The children may get confused though.

No. The doctrine's of babtist christianity and catholicism are vastly different. Although they both use the bible. Catholics have added to the accepted cannon of scripture and use these false books to change the doctrine of christianity.
