I am 5'7" and I weight 161lbs. My jean size is 32x30. Is this "fat" or not? If so, what should I do?

You may be a little over weight, but only by 5-10 pounds. But since you are a boy, it's probably just muscle because muscle weighs more than fat. But I don't think you have to worry about it.

what? thats no where near fat most people that height weight 180-190 you shudnt even be askin if your fat..but if u feel so go for a run 3 times a week it'll make you feel tons better!

You're not fat. Stop trying to fit into some unrealistic mold of the ideal weight. As long as you are healthy, you are cool.

the body fat % determines if one is fat or not, the height and weight are irrelevant..
