Everybody gets 8 temporary or baby teeth molars. When you lose them you get what is known as bicuspids. At the age of 6 the first PERMANENT molar appears, so at that age you have both permanent and temporary teeth.
If you have a broken molar it might be the first permanent molar. Go to your dentist and do whatever it takes to keep it.

The "baby" molars you lose will be replaced by premolars. Right behind them are your first molars, or 12-year molars, which only come in once. If you count your teeth and that tooth is 6 teeth back, then it's definately a permanent molar.

I might be mistaken, but I don't think a full rack of molars is part of the baby teeth. You only need a few since the mouth is smaller at that age.

If a dentist is telling you that it's a permanent one, then that's what it is.

IF THIS IS A PERMANENT TOOTH, THEN IT'S YOUR LAST ONE. CHANCES ARE THIS IS A 12-YEAR-MOLAR. PEOPLE GET THESE IN WHEN THEY ARE 12.
FOLKS GET WISDOM TEETH BUT THOSE SHOW UP WHEN YOU'RE 17-24.
