Okay, i'm in middle skool and i really really like this one kid. i'm about 5 foot 3 and he's about 4 inches shorter than me. should height matter? but anyways, he's really sweet and i've liked him for a while. idk if i want to go out w/ him or not, but i can't get him out of my mind. I don't want to ruin a great friendship with him if we do go out and break up. (by the way we are really close and i can tell him anything.) What should i do. i'm really confused.

You have a lot of questions! Haha. Seriously though, boys are nearly always short in middle school because in a lot of ways girls mature faster. So he just might be tall and drop dead gorgeous in about 4 years!
My advice: stay friends with him and that's all for now. Relationships sadly don't last long in middle school! Get to know and even if you do end up dating him, keep in mind that a friendship will last longer and be stronger. All the best m'dear!

there is no accounting for good taste or what or who you decide you are interested in having a relationship with........... friends are good and if you cross the line with dates and kisses then you may have an even better friend or maybe it does'nt work good luck
