It is very unhealthy for you to lose 50 pounds in 7 weeks. You should aim to lose 2-4 pounds a week, which is a much more realistic target. The harsh reality of the situation is that if you lose 50 pounds that quickly, the likeliness of you gaining it back, plus some, arises. I suggest that you get yourself into a daily routine of exercise, eating healthy and portioning your meals, as well as eating healthy snacks during the day. While you are helping your body to regulate and become healthier, you are also allowing your mind to understand what it needs and you'll fall into this routine and stop yourself from gaining back the weight. If you feel like you need to lose 50 pounds though, talk to your doctor for safe and healthy ways of doing so. Good luck!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

It's possible, but you would be losing the weight at a very unhealthy rate, which would be horrible for your health.
If you excercise daily for 30 minutes, eat healthy, you could infact lose 1-2 pounds a week. That would be a healthy weight loss per week.
Also, you claim you 'feel fat' maybe it is water retension?
Good luck!

You should never aim to lose more than one or two pounds per week. Therefore, a healthy amount to lose in 7 weeks is about 14 pounds give or take.
As for the feeling but not looking fat, I recommend starting a regular workout routine. It can help you tone up as well as improve your body image.

Only possible through liposuction. In that case, I guess it isn't unhealthy, but I wouldn't call it healthy either.
Losing that kind of weight by exercise though, not possible or healthy in that time frame. You can lose 2 lbs a week on a healthy weight loss program.

It wouldn't be very healthy to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. It would cause stress on your body if you were using a very restrictive (crash) diet and could cause such symptoms as hair and nail loss due to the lack of vitamins and minerals.
Generally crash diet weight loss is not long term. You're better off getting a regular exercise plan and shoot for small gains in weight loss by eating smaller portions more times a day (fruits and veggies).

It's possible. I'm not so sure it's healthy, especially not without knowing where you're starting from.
Keep in mind that you want to be healthy, not anorexic.
