It is also true that you can't reduce the fat in an specific location, using specific exercises. You can lose tighs by any kind of exercise, as walking, for example.

No, sugar is sugar on the cellular level. Each person processes calories differently. If you tend to carry fat on your abdomen, then chocolate will put fat there. If you carry it on your thighs then chocolate will put it there.
