I grilled chicken the other day and wouldlike to know if anyone has any tips about reheating grilled poultry.

Take & place each piece of chicken in the center of a piece of foil. Lightly drizzle with marinade, bbq sauce or a little olive oil. Seal packets & reheat on cookie sheet @ 275 til heated thru. The key is to reheat slowly so the meat doesn't dry out........Plus the origional flavors have had a chance to set, so it will be even better as a leftover. Enjoy!!

Dry heat. The microwave will make it soggy. Regular oven in a covered dish or toaster oven in the tray.
