You should never "go on a diet". But what you are eating is giving you no nutritional value. You may feel okay eating it at the moment, but believe me, in a few years you will find that you feel run down and it is because you are not feeding your body's need for nutrients.
You need to look at what you are eating during the day, and make some permanent changes - small ones at first. You need to have some more balanced and healthy food at meals. I would start with breakfast if I were you. Tell yourself that you will eat a healthy breakfast, and the rest of the day you can eat whatever you like. Do this for three weeks, and then make some more changes. Slowly but surely, you can do it, and you'll feel better for it, trust me.

A healthy diet is always a good idea. You're pretty tall at 6' so 140 seems on the skinny side. I wouldn't worry.

1st of all ur 6 foot tall thats really tall but then again u dont want to go on a diet cuz ur 140 at 6ft tall but al least u can eat healthy still so0o0 dont be scared=]

You are still growing, reameaber whatever you build a tower with will make it weaker or stronger, so being 13 most likly clser to 14 think what you want your body to be like, and yes its normal at this age to be kinda freaky in one way or another just look around.
dont be so tuff on yourself

am almost 6ft tall and im 14!! So i feel you on this one!
140 is not normal for your height I weigh 156 pounds and thats normal for my height and yours too! So you stand to gain a few extra pounds!!

No, you're good... Just switch out the icecream with strawberries or oranges. It's okay to eat icrecream, just don't let that be the ONLY thing you eat. You're fine.

Not that many schoolls offer good food, so if I were you, i would eat as much vegetables and fruits at home, make lunch and take it with you to you schoo,l or try to eat less in school.

trade pop for water.
trade chips for fruits or veggies.
and go exercising.
or take up a sport at school.
