I had a weight problem for the past two years and I had lost around 15 pounds due to stress. My body took a complete turn and everything that looked great, now needed some working on. i was a 36C before i lost the weight and after, i ended up being a 36A...Because of the excess skin, they sagged as well. Now I'm back to my original weight and I eat a lot to keep it up. I've gained weight in my stomach and my thighs but somehow, my breasts are still small and they're still not high up. Anything I can do to change this around?

You have two options. You can have breast lift surgery (breast uplift) or make a visit to Victoria's Secret and buy a supply of their push-up bras. They work wonderfully!

You can also try Victoria's Secret demi bras as they do provide some uplift but the push-up ones provide the most.

Exercising will probably not provide any benefit as to lifting the breasts. The muscles you would be exercising are those on the rib cage. The muscles in the chest wall do not actually support the breasts. Your breast is supported by skin and ligaments and ligaments get stretched out from weight gain, weight loss, age and pregnancy. So your only options are what I listed above.

Nope. And don't have implants. You would be looking at some horrendous complications. I have had many friends who have had implants, and not one, (repeat, not ONE) had them more than 15 years, and every one of these women had problems --- everything from breaking to encapsulation to reactions ... silicon is now back with a warning, so now if you get one of those problems with silicon, your ability to sue is now gone.... you were informed of the risks, hey, your fault. Just like idiots who still smoke think that they can sue a tobacco company... not any more.. Be happy you and them are healthy.

if you're not happy with the way your breasts look, then change them...make them bigger.

don't listen to April - plastic surgery has come a LONG way in the 15 years since her friends have had their boobs done.
