Many humane societies have monthly vaccination clinics at reduced cost. Also, there are commercial organisations who give shots at places like PetCo one or more weekends a month.
It is imperative that the 6 wk old get its full series of kitten shots over a period of two or three months. If that is all you can afford you must do that. A six-week old will need worming too. The older cat is probably safe and, if kept indoors, should not need further shots in its lifetime if it had the original kitten series.

Unfortunately there aren't many resources for us strapped pet lovers. In my town the SPCA Animal Shelter sponsors reduced rate shots. I suggest that you contact your nearest SPCA and ask them for referrals. Failing that you can do what I do and stagger their shots. In my area the full set of cat shots is about $35 and I live with four cats. So when they are due I take one, then next month another, etc. That way they become due the next year on a staggered schedule also. Your kitten is a little young for some of the shots; so I'd take the older cat first.

In many areas of the US there are free or low-cost immunization programs (and spay/neuter programs). Some of them go to shopping center parking lots in their self-contained vet hospital vans, and make scheduled stops in small towns and more remote areas.
Contact your local humane society or animal shelter, or a pet store, and see if this kind of program is available in your area. Or call at veteranarian and ask. Sometimes the vets do free or low-cost vaccinations on request.
It is in evryone's best interest, including the cats, to get their shots and to get them spayed or neutered. I think you'll find organizations set up to help you get it done.

Call your local feed store if you can stand giving them a shot! I'm not sure where your from but in some states you can purchase the shots for about 10 bucks or less from the feed store. you will still have to go to the vet for a rabies shot though!

You could inquire at the local humane society or SPCA.
If all else fails, talk with the vet: The better ones I've worked with are good about arranging a payment plan, if you don't have the money up front.
Good luck!
