I have brown hair with a lot of blonde highlights.. I want to bleach my hair to get it all the same color and dye it light blonde, and I wanna get orange tips/ thin highlights at the bottom.. i'm searching for a pic on the internet that I could show my hairdresser, but I can't find anything.. :(

yea also, my hair is really long (past my boobs) and i have bangs. Have you seen Avril Lavigne's hair lately.. I want it pretty much the color of hers.. I thought her pink highlight was cute, but I rather do the orange.. would that look good?

tell him what ya want he will strip it down base color it then tip it .. you can get a bleaching lightener kit. at the drugstore.. then after u do it let it rest a day condition it well. then get the orange color at hot topics.. or a flaming auburn at the drugstore and use a 2 inch wide paint brush to tip it.. naturall how the hair hangs..you will need a helper to part the hair into four section upon lightening it.. and tipping it./

Maybe the other pics you saw, people with colored hair tips, it's usually when the hair grows out and that's the remains of previous hair dye.

consult with the stylist before making an appointment, explain what you want done and make sure they know exactly what you mean. it shouldn't really require a picture, it's not a really complicated color scheme.

Note: i only recommend you get this hairstyle if you have long and healthy hair..

also i think it would look better without highlights
