pneumonia, first of all. you will know when you have it because you will be on your death bed. i had it for 2 straight months in 6th grade and it only got that far because the quack in the ER when i was first having chest pains said i must have pulled a muscle and didn't even say, 'well lets get an x-ray just in case'. both my lungs were 3/4 filled with fluid by the time i was able to see my doctor the following week and get an x-ray done, and all i could do was lie on the table and hallucinate because i was so sick. anyway, that's just my little rant. you will not be able to take a full breath, you will have chest pains coming from the area of your lungs, you'll be short of breath nearly all the time, you will probably have a really, really high fever and feel kind of out of your body from it. you may or may not cough up blood- i did, but i hear that's not a common symptom. you know that chest-congestion-y feeling you get with a chest cold? you will also have that, times like a thousand.
if you're in doubt, see your doctor, explain your symptoms and ask for an x-ray. i mean whats the worst that can happen, you get the x-ray, it comes back fine and you look like a hypochondriac. it's better than living on antibiotics for 2 months, and thats only if you're lucky and get bacterial pneumonia. you just have to ride out viral pneumonia.

go to the doctor..emergency room or school nurse...
you need a doctor to listen to your chest and a chest x ray to determine if you have pneumonia.
take care...
