i have a pain under my left rib. I t feels like when ur running and u get a cramp. but this is even when i'm still and constant. it comes and goes but its irritating for a bout a year. I also have a constant stomach ache

It sounds like you might have gull stones. I would go to the doctor immediately and tell him your symptoms b/c you dont want it to get any worse and if you have been suffering for a year on and off then it is DEFINATELY something that is wrong!! Take care and I hope you get help soon!

It could be an irritated gall bladder. Certain foods like corn (for me) will start the aching.
See a doctor. If he thinks you need your gall bladder removed, it's not the worst operation in the world. You'll be up and about in no time.

it could be Costochondritis.
