Not necessarily.
Sometimes we close out eyes to concentrate on prolonging it or to totally immerse ourselves into the it with no outside distractions.
Do you close your eyes when you kiss?

They are not thinking about someone else, they are just enjoying the moment. Sorta like kissing, you close your eyes when kissing cause the best things in life are the things you cant see, right. So when a guy closes his eyes he is not thinking about someone else he is enjoying that moment. Hope this answers your question

No....it's just when you are in the moment and you are getting close to climaxing, you can't always help closing your eyes. It is just so intense! When you close your eyes you go into the moment deeper.
