No abuse, no rash, no cuts, no nothing. Seemed as if it was getting better with antibodies, but, now back to square one. I dont know what to do, I am dying watching her go through this! We are scheduling a Dr for urinalysis. Dont know what that will entail. This all came outta the blue. I, along with my wife are sick to death, thinking the worst.

I have been going through similiar stuff with my own 7 year old daughter.
Have them do an ultrasound, it is not invasive and does not hurt.
Does she have red or white blood cells in her urine? Does she have protein in her urine? Is there a family history of bladder or kidney problems?
This is the case with my daughter, so they were testing her for renal pelvic reflux, when the urine goes back up the wrong way from the bladder back into the kidneys, reflux will cause any bacteria on the outside to go into the kidney.
Has she been running fever over 101, if so it is probably a kidney infection.
If she has pain there probably is bacteria that the test is not catching. Did they do a whole culture of the urine.
Other things can cause problems like is she allergic to something or things she drinks might trigger it in her.
My daughter is allergic to latex which is in many things in the environment, toys, bike seats, etc, that can trigger a reaction.

Other illnesses can weaken the system and lead to these infections. Like my daughter had lots of strep throat infections and was on antibiotics and lot so her immune system was lowered and then this started.
Some little girls are just prone to urinary problems.
I know it is really difficult. Hang in there.

Hmmm. nicely, i recognize no longer something about kidney reflux (i ought to carry that problem up including your physician), yet I do have interstitial cystitis. it truly is a condition the position you truly have what mimics a bladder an infection (urine cultures are continuously unfavorable, even with the actuality that, because that's no longer an infection): frequency, urgency, burning urination, and bladder soreness/spasms. there is not any treatment, regrettably. also, IC frequently ends up in vulvodynia, it truly is vaginal soreness and itching, and/or irritable bowel syndrome.
