This question is not intended for scientist, but for people who really believe that the big bang and evolution happened. What exactly is your proof? You claim that thier are fossils that are similair to ours but could easily be of a primitive creature and the same thing thing goes for the big bang, can you really tell me that two things appeared out of nowhere, and crashed against eachother, and created who you are today? Dont you thinck something had to create that? It seems to me that if science said that a giant monkey started the universe youd belivie it. There is no proof, just hypothesis, sorta like religion, so were not perfect either, but to me you have prove it.

Scientists. There's more than one of 'em. (Just like atheists.)

It seems you have no understanding of the theories of evolution, the big bang, or the scientific method. But I'm not entirely sure because I can't understand much of what you're trying to say.

"You claim that thier are fossils that are similar to ours but could easily be of a primitive creature and the same thing thing goes for the big bang, can you really tell me that two things appeared out of nowhere, "

Huh???

"It seems to me that if science said that a giant monkey started the universe youd belivie it. There is no proof, just hypothesis, sorta like religion, so were not perfect either, but to me you have prove it."

Huh???

Scientists don't claim a "giant monkey started the universe", theists do.

No religion is a hypothesis. A hypothesis is based on inductive reasoning. Religion is based on faith alone (no reason involved).

I believe that an atom of chlorine and an atom of sodium brought together will combine to form salt.

I believe this very strongly but I have never seen it personally and I do not think it happens in nature too often anymore. Atoms are too small to see and I believe in the description of these also but not as much as the combination of chlorine and sodium becoming salt.

Knowledge is made up of information that forms a coherent explanation. The more coherent and satisfactory the explanation the stronger our faith is in it. We can experience the properties of water and seeing some parts of wetness that are the same and repeatable we begin to have faith in our interpretation of wetness.

The same holds true for God who we can come to know. We may know God from understanding our self. We are imperfect. God is perfect. Our understanding is fallible. That means you can be wrong. God created the world. God created sodium and chlorine and God created the property of their combining together to form salt. Science is the study of God's creation.

If you chose to ignore creation and take the Biblical view that disagrees with it, you risk making an error.

If a man has great faith in God and to prove his faith he walks out among some cliffs with a blindfold over his eyes. No one can deny his faith. But what the light shines on is a man walking about cliffs wearing a blind fold.

Creation is like this. God created the world and if you chose to not believe any part of creation it is like you have put on a blindfold.

Human knowledge has exceeded what will fit in your mind, If you challenge everything based on faith we lose medicine, electronics, transportation, logic and reason also.

1) Proof? How about the expansion of the universe, the microwave background radiation, the fossil record, the human genome project?

2) You don't have a clue what the big bang is, obviously.

3) We have plenty of evidence, and burying your head in the sand won't hide it from anyone else - just you. Try reading a book someday. A textbook.

Why are you asking this here when there are plenty of websites created by scientists who are more than capable of giving you the information that you seek. Could it be that you really don't want the answer? Could it be that you really aren't interested in the Facts, that you're only wanting to tell us your 'truth'?

Why don't you approach religion with the equal necessity for proof?

Science tests hypotheses and as new information is discovered changes are made to theory. Science looks for truth... religion uses faith and calls it truth, without any further evaluation.

A giant monkey that started the universe, thanks that is a great idea - I think I should form my own religion and get rich.

you need to read more about it .. wether you believe it or not..
you would get a better understanding .. and WAY MORE indepth explaination then .. "2 things appeard from no where and crashed against eachother"

of course you're not going to understand something if you dont know anything about.. instead of questioning about it all the time.. go watch the discovery channel

If you did a little reading you would find all the proof you want. Which is precisely why fundamentalist Christians won't do any real reading. Just in case you are an exception, here's an excellent place to start ...

Here is all I need to know about this person, and his question;
"This question is not intended for scientist(s) sic"
Translation? "I have NO clue what I'm talking about and I really hope one of them smart folks don't read this. Otherwise, I'd look like an even bigger fool than I really am."

No, science is completely different. You collect data and forge a theory from that data. It sounds like you're not going to listen either way.

ok then i think scientists are right because when i have a pain i take the pill that scientists have made and i dont go to any kind of shaman or priest to be healed...
I trust scientists because if i want to travel abroad, i take a plane and i dont fall on my knees and ask god to teletransport me...
I trust scientists and i use my phone, television, air conditioning, train, boat, medical surgery...
