I heard from someone with this syndrome that it begins with numbness and then works its way to pain. I've had numbness in my hands for atleast a year. Just a couple of days I started experiencing a throbbing pain in my wrist area. Am I too late? Are there any home remedies I can implement at this point?

How in the world can a chiro help carpal tunnel? It has nothing to do with bones. And there is nothing in your wrist that can move out of place and have your wrist still work. THe surgery is simple quick and effective. Usually about a 1'2" incision. Release the tendon and TA-DA fixed. Recovery is short. MAybe a few weeks.
