I'm struggling with an e.d and trying to fix this problem..
I'm a tiny person but due to my e.d I don't know what is considered as "normal" food portion that normal people(who's not on a diet) eat.. so help me out here. I think I overate today and I barely resisted a temptation to throw up yay me. ok so here we go
at Sweet tomatoes for brunch/lunch (first meal of the day)
-----all are approximation---can be less or more
a cup of french onion soup
half a cup of split pea soup
2 tbspful of couscous
1 small fruit medley muffin
1 small blueberry muffin
1/2~1cupful of mac and cheese
1/4cupful of creamy lemon pasta
2 small chocolate brownie-ish muffins
5 finger-sized pieces of cheese pizza
1 fingersized garlic asiago bread
1cup of reduced fat vanilla softserve icecream
1/4cupful of cookie crumbs
2 tbsp of strawberry syrup toppings
I also ate some mushrooms and cabbage thing from the salad bar but i wont count those.. so what do you guys think

5'7" 115 lbs how much lbs would I gain from this single meal? should I eat dinner???
