My shoulders have always "popped" when I moved them, and now every morning my shoulders kill me all day and the only thing that makes them feel better is aleve. Is it possible I have arthritis at such a young age??

I recently turned 22 and I have arthritis in both my knees. When I was in the 8th grade, I woke up one morning and couldn't stand on my left leg. It just wouldn't hold weight. They did CT and MRI scans and could figure out nothing. One doctor finally told me it was arthritis. My knees bother me especially when it is about to rain, but mostly when the weather changes dramatically (I live in New England, after all).

I just suggest a little strength training. It'll help build muscle to deal with the day to day.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

It would be very unlikely. It most likely another disorder that you should talk about with your doctor. Although it may seem little now, it could end up as something a lot worse in the future.

It might be arthritis, but it also might be bursitis (inflamation of the burs...a part of the shoulder joint). Best to ask your doc.
