Substitute:
regular Cheerios for the Honey Nut Cheerios
have a handful of plain roasted almonds instead of the raisins
add some protein onto your salad (plain tuna, for example)
use olive oil and vinegar instead of salad dressing
have an apple instead of the pretzels
Eating the green beans with the pork was a wise move because the amino acids in the veggies help digest the pork.
Make sure you get enough to eat. Having too little pushes your body into starvation mode and your body will actually begin to burn too few calories.
Try drinking a Propel or another kind of vitamin drink along with your water. Personally, I believe water can do some people more harm than good.

Well, it's overall pretty good, but here are a couple of substitutions that might address a few different things for you:
Breakfast- Plain Cheerios w/ raisins and non-fat milk (that way, you don't get the empty calories of the sweetener on the cereal and get the protein and calcium from the milk)
Mid-morning snack- You should have one- a small handful of nuts (dry roasted almonds are great), or a small fat-free yogurt- to keep you going.
Lunch- pile on the veggies- and a use a non-fat dressing; most grocery stores have great ones. Put the dressing on the side and just dip your fork before stabbing a bite- you'll be amazed at how little dressing you'll actually use to still get great taste.
Afternoon snack- skip the honey pretzles and go with some reduced fat string cheese, or a small handful of whole grain crackers.
Dinner- Sounds good, but you could probably use some complex carbs here- try a small slice of whole grain bread.
Remember, the idea is to fuel your body with all the necessary nutrients, so eating small portions of healthy foods often throughout the day is vital. Cutting back calories alone will not work.
You're doing great- keep up the effort and I think you'll feel and look great!

Why no longer become a member of Weight Watchers on-line for $17 monthly, get at the flex plan and keep inside your aspects, endeavor, drink water and lose the burden. On the flex plan you'll be able to devour just about something you wish. You get a suite quantity of aspects, say 25 for instance, you then get 35 extra weekly aspects that you'll be able to use any means you wish to, or no longer use. Then you additionally get aspects for exercise. I were doing this for approximately four months, have misplaced over forty lbs and am no longer hungry. Eating Chocolate, Ice Cream, Pasta, and many others. All the well stuff carefully. Try it you can adore it.

Sounds all right as far as calories go but perhaps a tad too low. How do you feel? Are you hungry? You might want to have some fruit and yogurt between breakfast. Remember you can eat fruit and veggies galore and it is healthy, full of vitamins. You don't want to deprive yourself, that is the most sure fire way of ruining your chances. It is about changing how you eat but changing to something you can live with.
I would add some protein to your lunch, put some chicken on that salad or a boiled egg.

I lost 72 lbs in four months by cutting out fat..and only fat...watched the sodium intake and that was all..ate a lot of turkey sandwiches on white or wheat...w/mustard and lettuce..and I mean a lot of diet drinks. Kept it off now for 7 years and I look great..weigh 118 lbs and am 45 yrs old. Kept my fat intake no higher than 25 grams per day..and if you really read labels in the grocery store..you can eat a lot and it tastes pretty damn good when you are hungry. Jello fat free pudding and low cal cool whip..just shop around and try it.. One thing you need to be aware of though is you loose fat first and won't see the scales go down for awhile, so don't get aggravated. Good luck..only thing that ever worked for me!!

That's very good actually! But I wouldn't be able to be full with just eating that all day. I would have this emptiness and be able to keep it up for a while and then after a week or so I'd mess up all my hard work and binge or something. Maybe try to drink more water. and add some more fruits and vegetables to your diet, rather than processed sugars. and it doesn't hurt to indulge a LITTLEEE, not too much though, every once in a while. cuz otherwise, if you're deprived from your favorite foods, sweets, etc. for too long, once you DO allow yourself to eat them, you'll find them too hard to resist and wouldn't be able to control yourself and you'd end up binging. so yea, don't starve yourself. just eat healthy like you're doing so alrighty! good job and take care!

I'd up your water intake. You should be treating yourself to it all day. And maybe try for some better cereal. (more whole grain) There is a lot of sugar in raisins, believe it or not, so go easy on those and you should be fine. Perhaps some citrus fruits would be fun.
I applaud you for your healthy eating choices!
good health,
Mel

To me it sounds like you're not (believe it or not) getting enough fat. Fat gets converted to energy. I know the RDA say 60 grams of fat a day, but I put myself on a 10 g a day fat diet. I totally gained weight. When I added a little more fat (about 20 g) the pounds just dropped off.
Don't be afraid of a little fat in the food. It can be good for you.

Not bad, but could be improved.
Try a true whole grain cereal (not something so processed like cheerios)
For your snack, I would change the pretzels to either a single portion of almonds or peanuts.

Sounds like a healthy menu to me.
Whether or not you'll lose weight I guess depends on what you were normally eating. If you were eating fast food twice a day, then yeah you'll lose weight :)
Good luck with it!
