Why do I keep getting rashes on my forearms?

I have been getting sudden rashes on my forearms for some time now. They itch badly and raise suddenly. Then they fade after a while.

Have you change your wash powder, added anything to the laundry? Sound like some form of allergic reaction so just go back over your life and see what is new, could be food, to washing up liquid.
