since 73% speak French then 100% - 73% equal 27% only speaking english.

since 87% speak English then 100% - 87% equal 13% only speaking french.

27% plus 13% equals 40% of the population speaking one language.

So 60% of the population speaks two languages.

Or you can add 73% plus 87% and get 160% and subtract 100% and still get 60% but i like the first explaination better.

no longer adequate information. you want acceleration. enable's say contained in the first race Jack went way ahead then were given drained. He sprinted very quickly to 80 yards then jogged slow for 20. And Jill sprinted somewhat slower than Jack the full time. So even as Jack complete Jill replaced into ultimate in on him. So contained in the 2d race even as Jack receives to 70 yards he slows down and Jill will start up to capture up. yet you want to carry close the speed and acceleration to carry close via ways a lot. Vice versa possibly Jack replaced into rushing up even as he were given to 80 yards. So at 70 yards contained in the second one race he must be getting swifter and farther ahead and nonetheless win. I say Jack wins reason he will attempt extra sturdy and nonetheless beat Jill reason she is a lady. And men hate dropping to women.
