I'm not in the position to tell if someone is going to heaven or not, only God can tell that.
but this is I know: praying the hail Mary is against the Teaching of Christ.
Mat 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Mat 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him

Getting in to heaven is not determined by how many Hail Mary's you've said. However, someone who was that devout would probably have lived a good life so the chances of Heaven are pretty good. Your question cannot be answered definitively.
Cheers :-)

might sound harsh but if one truly believes in the word of God then the truth of the matter is that there is no Catholics in heaven the Catholic religion is pagan in origin and merely tried to jump on the Christian band wagon deceiving billions bringing along their pagan celebrations such as Easter, Christmas and Valentines day. There is nothing in bible about rosaries and saying "hail Mary"

First of all only God knows who is saved but one with a prayer life like you described would most likely be a believer seeking the will of God and endure to final salvation through God's grace.

God, what a waste...
Over one million moments that could have been better spent...
But who am I to judge how people direct their lives? It's their choice, and I suppose they believe it gives their life meaning.
As for your question, I don't believe in heaven, so that would mean nobody gets there. And I'm not trying to be insensitive, either. My grandmother was 80 when she died and a lifelong Catholic, also.
EDIT: Hi David, did you know that you're completely insane?

1.3 million hail marys is no different than 0 hail marys, to God
It all depends if she has love and faith in God
We can't do ANYTHING to earn salvation - it's a gift

What a waste of time.
Even if he's got it down to one minute per hail mary (and allowing for eight hours of sleep) that's amost four years of constant praying. Just think what he could have accomplished in four years of solid effort.

She wont go to heaven. She will die thinking she is going to heaven but when she dies....she will just be dead. all of the hail maries were a waste of time. she could have had a decent life in the time she spent praying. maybe made a few friends or something.

yes, they would go to Heaven. They would also probably be responsible for providing grace (through Jesus of course) for several other people to go too.

no, the scripture tells us that I will kill the great whores(RCC)children with death. They were deceived by that false prophet pope sowing his false seed/doctrine into that great whore and produced 2 billion illigitimate children/converts
