my feet have been swollen for 4 days i start taking sleep MD a week ago i have be to the hospital twice, why?

i took sleep MD a week ago and my feet have been swellon for 4 days now i have had in ice packs and takeing Ibuprofen and it still swollew WHY!!!!

Either a reaction to the original drug, or a reaction to the drugs you are taking now.
