What do you think of christians that smoke cigerettes?

I think they have a bad habit that can ultimately kill them. It would be between that person and God on how to overcome the habit.

Question I'd ask is why do they smoke? Most would say to claim themselves down or something like that. Cancer is just one side effect but I think the main issue is that they put their faith in the cigarette to calm themselves down instead of putting faith in God. Many people have many different habits that take focus of God which in God's eyes is just as bad. (For example I don't often drink coffee because I don't want it to be something I rely on the wake me up lol should focus more on better time management)

It could get really deep as in your body is a temple, a gift from God that you are abusing, but then, we are all abusing our bodies in various ways.

Like anybody else who is addicted to it and smokeless tobacco... they're taking their life into their own hands. It's my most sincere hope that all can find freedom from it as they choose.

they are just making bad choices. It doesn't stop them from being a Christian. We'll miss them.
