Of course, people have died during bowel movements! However, the cause of death is not due to the bowel movement. People have suffered fatal heart attacks or strokes while on the john. Also, sometimes the blood pressure can soar causing an existing aneurysm to burst. You never know where you will be when it is your time to exit this world.
