Most people are embarrassed to speak of sexual abuse. It is so personal, sometimes adults' reaction will be anger or fear. You can live through it though - this is not the end of the world. It is something that no one has a right to do to you. When you find a counselor to work with you weekly, you can begin to heal emotionally. Some of your negative feelings or emotions will always be there, but you can mostly heal.
This is something you need to address for yourself and your own healing and future life as an adult. You need to tell an adult in a position of authority -- school counselor, teacher, nurse, your Dr.,minister, a counselor or police or children's protective services/ Social Services. Social Services is there for your protection, and will intervene to see that you are safe.
Given the circumstances, they will likely also look into the safety of the older girls too. But, don't worry about that. You need to do the RIGHT THING to make sure this does not happen to you or anyone else again. This is a secret that needs to be broken.
Dealing with the demons - when you are feeling particularly upset and have no one to talk to - call the Rape-Crisis Hotline. Someone there will help you in that moment, and possibly have some resources of where you can go to get help. Getting counseling can be the best thing for you.

First of all How old are you? Second of all if you are young, can you go to your parents, or a Parent? Third of all if, you are an adult(over 18) go talk to a counselor to talk about it. Yes Sexual Abuse is Wrong, and yes it hurts you physically and emotionally, and it is embarassing to talk about. And it draws attention to your self. But you deserve to be heard,. Please talk to someone you trust, than decide what is best for you.

Yes, you definitely should report them, even if they have been abused before, doesn't mean they can abuse you.
