He probably likes you, if he doesn't then hes probably just some jerk who has no real life and nothing to do but make fun of ppl. Don't let him get to you just try to ignore him and he'll eventually leave you alone. Boys are like that alot and its a fact that girls mature faster than boys. 13-15- he doesnt like you and you probably are ugly (unless he's an a**hole and just wants to make you sad out of jealousy... which he probably is)
