Every month or so i cough up something which is tiny but slightly hard and mushy. Its smells really bad.?

I think go to the doc and go for a check up. Tell him about your concern. I think next time you cough something up, store it in a little glas container. When you go to your next doc office appointment, take it with you. There in the Lab they can make test's and see what troubles you have. Hope this helps.

It's the badness in you coming out!

Seriously though, it's from the nasal passages that lead down to the top of your throat, they can get infected or just build up secretions. I used to get them as a kid and they should clear up by themselves, however, they do make your breath smell. Try gargling with some antiseptic mouthwash and if they don't clear up, go and see your doctor and he will prescribe you a short course of antibiotics.

Mind, if it is your badness coming out, you best be good for a while.

Did you have your wisdom teeth removed? Sometimes cavities, or craters, remain where the wisdom teeth were. Food can accummulate in these areas and decompose. When discharged, it can be hard or mushy and smelly. It is usually white in color. Talk to your dentist or oral surgeon, if you think this could be the problem.

hey me too its like a yellow colour and smells really weird bad

it cmes from these little holes at the back of your mouth near your throat, it comes from your nose and eyes (the tears and snot lol) and it gets all conjealed and comes into ur mouth, i found once that i could kind of push it out by putin my tongue at the back of my throat and pushin it forward without touchn the roof of my mouth, but that dont work all the time
na dont be worried it jus means uv either had a cold or a bit sorta bunged up, ur breath prob tastes and weird too jus drink some more water.

some people refer to them as stink balls. they are thought to be caused by a build up of old food,etc,at the back of the throat- I cant see that rotted matter can be ok to swallow-
if you gargle with the advised dose of hydrogen peroxide,that may help.you may also have candida infection.

It's probably particles of food that have got stuck to mucus in your throat. Try cutting out dairy products & see if that helps

Nope i wouldnt worry about it at all ...its just those cheesy smelling balls u get at the back of your throat from time to time ...most ppl get em ....
