I know exactly what you are talking about!! I used to be pretty hard before I asked Jesus into my heart, and after I did I was so emotional... I have come to understand that this is called being broken in the spirit, which basically means that the Holy spirit is working within you, and fixing things that are in need of restoration that may hinder you spiritual growth. The Lord knows what you need honey and he will take good care of you and never make you endure anything that would harm you. You may ask him to reveal these things to you, and he may or may not, what ever is best for you. Congratulations on your decision to serve the Lord, there are so many exciting days ahead, I will be praying for you

I used to be an atheist but something in life changed and there were days when i was just crying i dont know why but i was just crying. But u know what it seems GOD is trying to reach you.Trying to reconcile u back to him.Its really wonderful u are watching christian television and i am so happy for u.
But u must understand that man sin and when he sinned he rebel against GOD which separated from him.But GOD for his abudant love for u made a way for u back to him through the death of JESUS on the cross.
John 3:16 says "For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoso ever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life".Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.
A simple pray like JESUS i am sinner come into my heart and make me your child and forgive my past and from now i am all urs will open the door for GOD into your life.
U can also call the prayer line of the preacher and ask questions and pray about them. But please kindly recieve JESUS because that is your first step.
And welcome to the world of christians.Hi fellow christian.GOD bless u.

You have a sense in your spirit of how wonderful and gracious God is, and these things are reminding you of that. Its causing an emotional reaction, that is fitting and appropriate, even if non-believers won't understand.
Get yourself well-established in your faith, reading the Word with the help of the Holy Spirit, through prayer, good christian friends, christian books witnessing to God's amazing goodness and power for us. Satan tries to snatch your understanding of the message away from you, so its a good plan to get yourself well-established.

Once you have invited Christ into your life, you start to grow, like a seed. You want to do good, and have pure motives. Sometimes there will be things said that prick your tender heart- because you have a new heart now, one that is pleasing to God. The Holy Spirit is talking to you, and your tears are a form of communication to God. You don't have to keep asking him to stay- he said he will never leave you nor forsake you. You are his child now. Forever.
Praise God- there is a new name written in heaven and it is YOURS!

Yes. It is called "joyful delusions". You feel this euphoric rush, which is only the abundance of chemicals in your brain at that moment. Why? Because you are being fed the idea that you are completely 1000% right in your convictions, and that you are going to receive an eternal reward as a result.
You can get the same feeling engaging in awesome sex or abusing psychoactive narcotics. Or being voted head cheerleader. So, whats that tell you?

If you've accepted Jesus, this can be a normal thing, depending on who you are. often, you see all the suffering in the world and realize just how much God has blessed you. often you realize that you have that void filled, and others refuse for it to be filled. if you're emotional over a good thing, so be it.

it depends on the emotion you feel.
for me, it was the relief of being reunited with my God. The human heart is incomplete without Him. That reunion is such a blessing that it just feels like my cup is overflowing with His love and mercy.
