Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate in my blood is 48. I am now 27years old. Please suggest me if there's any danger ahead. I can't find the reason why exactly the ESR raised to 48.

There could be a number of issues at work here, an elevated ESR is simply a way of saying Something is inflammed. With me it's my joints, usually in my spine, hips and or knees. Your Dr. should be asking all sorts of questions, looking for possible sources of inflammation.
Good Luck.

You Doctor should tell you why this is high. Reason range: infection, hay fever, cough, cold, flu, running a marathon the night before, exercising the night before, having relationships the night before to the more serious cancers.
I would return and demand to know what he thinks, unless you already know.

Your doctor should be discussing with you the possibilities of why it is high. This is a sign of inflammation caused by Arthritis, Lupus ect. Has any of this been discussed? If not insist that it is or look for another doctor and take the actual report with you.
