I agree. Indoors (when you've got a functional air conditioning/heating system, that is :P), and outside when the weather is comfortable, there is absolutely no reason to wear clothes at all. The LAWS against that are fundamentally based in the Puritan-esque 'shame' philosophy that arbitrary decided nakedness was a terrible thing ('God' sure didn't make us be born with clothes on, so I wonder how people decided that 'he' wants us to always be clothed/covered).
But it's been drilled into our heads--few people even think about it. I sure think about it when I'm outside in 80+ degree weather. *chuckles*

Most people look better with clothes on. Besides, people wearing clothes means that your waitress doesn't have to sponge off the vinyl seats at the diner after each and every customer.

If I did that I would burn to a crisp. I have not tanned in over 5 years. I could not even find a base makeup pale enough for me. Five minutes like that and I would look like a lobster. OUCH! If I would not burn though why not. I am always naked at home.

What are you? A 'change agent' for the Illuminati or something? This sounds like something they would 'dream up' to try and 'demoralize' the human race so they can 'LORD IT OVER' them so day!!! Our deep sense of MORALITY is what separates us as HUMANS from the lowly ANIMALS, as you so well put it above!!! Humans are MUCH more then mere animals, .. they are 'specially created' in the very IMAGE of God!!! With the ability to think, reason, talk, and worship God! But they can't build bomb to drop on Iraq! Hurray for them!!!

If you are a humanist, denying the existence of a supreme being, then your logic would be okay. However, for those that accept the dominion of God, then we have to accept His decree that coats of skins be made to cover our nakedness, as He did for Adam and Eve. Our clothing is to cover our nakedness because, not being innocent as were Adam and Eve while in the Garden of Eden, we are subject to mortal, carnal desires. In order to keep those carnal desires in check and maintain an orderly society, we cover ourselves in a respectful way. We only share our bodies with our special chosen mate and so "know" each other intimately.
That is the way it is. To do otherwise is to deny God and His decrees for us.
