I've had CAT scans, taken numerous antibiotics that doctors prescribe to me, took every home remedy others suggested. No help !
Although I did like some homemade concoction while in China last month but couldn't bring through customs....that was GREAT STUFF !
otherwise nothing works to make saliva in my mouth, from my mandibular glands work correctly , especially when i try to sleep my mouth gets dry as a bone and that makes me susceptible to germs and infections.... ANY NEW SUGGESTIONS ?????

It seems like your salivary glands have shut down or are very clogged with infected matter. I would get these three herbal tinctures, propolis bloodroot or golden seal and myrre tincture wet two small peaces of guaze or cotton balls with saline and drop 5-7 drops of each tincture on the cotton ball and hold under the tongue for 20 min, 3 or more times a day. Sip on pedialyte with lots of lemon all day to replace your saliva and avoid all milk and wheat products and sugar of all kinds. Drink emergency packets 6 a day and take minerals. I had a pateint with the same problem and her saliva came back in 10 days. Give this a try and see how you do! Go on a blood cleanse while your at it and or anti viral herbs. This problem is generally a virus and anti biotics don't respond as well. Helene / crmt / folk healer

I make no guarantees. But try taking Acidophiles and eating live culture yogurt. It sounds like your PH is out of balance and it is making you sick.

Try Hydrogen Peroxide as a Mouth wash. Get it into your throat only gently. If I swollow it, it makes my tummy feel bad.

It is very healing for any oral inflammation or soreness.

You can't really be worse. I have used Hydrogen Peroxide as a mouth wash and for brushing my teeth for 40 years and have very healthy gums and never get sore throats or colds.

Good luck.

If you have had a sore throat for 10 months, you have an extremely serious medical problem. You really need to see a competent doctor for this problem. It is not normal to have this condition.
Your dry mouth has nothing to do with a sore throat. Please go see a good doctor.

Are you sure it's not allergies? Also, your mouth WILL get dry when you sleep since we don't swallow our spit as we sleep. That's why we wake up with a dry mouth.

Try some allergy medicine. See what it does.

Well, do you have allergies? I can have an ongoing sore throat as long as I am reacting to an allergen! you might try getting allergy tested to see!
