talk to your Dr. and if your legs feel like they have to be constantly moving, or are constantly moving, like shaking up and down while you sit, you may have it. Also when you get tired you get a feeling in your legs that makes you want to move them, or they twitch uncontrolled.

It usually strikes as you're trying to fall asleep. Your legs move like crazy in every direction.

Go to your family physichian tell them whats going on, and you can also ask if you can have a sleep study (its one way to diagnose it.) Just telling them the symptoms can help. I just prefer when a doctor tries a test a on me just so I know its that, but its up to you. Good Luck!
