I am a 13 year old girl. If I do 2 sets of 100 crunches and 4 sets of 20 push ups every night before going to bed, plus biking everday of the week for 15 min how long will it take before I notice that I am losing fat ......
also i when i was a kid i was underweight by like 10-20 pounds and i just want to know like if now im gettin baby fat or somethin cuz i wana lose all my fat....
i have like fat kinda love handles/back and my stomach and a tiny bit on my legs
