I am a 13 year old girl. If I do 2 sets of 100 crunches and 4 sets of 20 push ups every night before going to bed, plus biking everday of the week for 15 min how long will it take before I notice that I am losing fat ......

also i when i was a kid i was underweight by like 10-20 pounds and i just want to know like if now im gettin baby fat or somethin cuz i wana lose all my fat....

i have like fat kinda love handles/back and my stomach and a tiny bit on my legs

That sounds great. It all depends on how much/how healthy you eat though. No matter how much you work out, if you eat more calories than you burn you won't lose weight. Plus it depends on what your current condition is. Someone who is already in fairly good condition won't have as much to lose.

But I'd say you'll notice results in 2-3 weeks--but don't expect huge results. You might notice better stamina, more muscles, better toning even if the number on the scale doesn't change that much.
