No. Why should we? In the years before, males were percieved as the "dominant" ones, and women were just meant to be housewives. However, this is the 21st century. Women really aren't different from men. We're all human. So, in the end, it doesn't matter - As long as everyone is happy, and lives life (and maybe love life, like I do), we will be fine.

So, bottomline - It doesn't matter who makes the most money, what we do, and anything else. As long as the person (couple, etc) is happy.

only if that's what their egos require - but with recent market trends, that could get increasingly difficult... lol

I don't care who makes more money, really - my bf makes more than I do, but that's cuz his job requires training/etc and mine is "entry level" in an office... I've been in the better financial situation in relationships, too, though, and it's all a matter of how the two people deal with it.

if a man and a woman are doing the same job, though, then they should make the same money.

Depending on what he is doing and his education, but the woman with the same skills and education should make just as much as that man. Gender should not be a consideration on the pay scale.
