What could the problem be? One time, I went to bed when it was numb and woke up seven hours later and it was still numb so i'm pretty sure it's not that my shoes are too tight. Could it be related to my large bunions? I'm only seventeen.

I believe it could be related to the bunions. You should see a podiatrist quickly, before it gets worse. If your car is messed up you go to an auto mechanic, if your toilet broke you call a plumber, if your trees are leaning too much you call a "Tree Medic"(man everyone wants to get in on this doctor stuff these days), and if your feet hurt too much you call a feetologist, err.. I mean podiatrist.
Well, I don't know if they have a phone number though but you get the picture. Get help.

Did you find out what it was? I'm experiencing the same exact thing, only I don't have bunions.
