Love tuna, especially tuna salad:
2 cans albacore tuna, drained
3 T chopped green onion
1 T capers
1 T sweet pickle relish
1 T chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup whole egg mayonaise (or to taste)
Fresh ground pepper
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Mix the above until you have a nice texture without too much mayo. Chill for 1 hour or more to blend flavors.
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
2 Thick slices cream cheese
1 T sliced black olives
Beefsteak Tomato
Lettuce Leaves
Toast bread and spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle with black olives and then put some of the tuna salad on top. Top with sliced fresh tomatoes and lettuce and remaining toasted bread. Press down slightly and cut diagonally in half. Enjoy with a nice Raspberry Italian Soda!

Yum. Just a good old tuna fish sandwich. Little mayo, little relish. On wheat bread with a slice of cheese.

fresh ahi tuna is the BEST fish! canned tuna is also good for sandwiches and tuna cakes. yum! yum!
