When done, they told me to use a toner on the highlights, but can I apply the toner all over to tone the reddish tint the color zap left?

Why Did You Use Color-Zap?! Did You Have Color/Tint On Your Hair? If So, The Product Will ONLY Remove Artificial Haircolor. The Natual Pigment(s) Will Remain. If You Need Light Highlights, You Will Need To Bleach With A "Frosting" Bleach. (Which Is What You Should've Done Instead Of The Color-Zap) And Then "Tone" The Highlights (If You Use A "No-Peroxide/No-Ammonia Formula You Can Apply It Allover, Even On The "UnFrosted" Areas) Good-Luck
