What a fun idea!!!! Here are some ideas:
1. Apple Spice Cookies (grate apple in your regular oatmeal cookie dough)
2. DeSarrano Cookies (add almond extract to your sugar cookie dough)
3. Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies
4. A-N-D there's room for one more Molasses Sugar Cookies
5. Anise flavored cookies (licorice extract....might try getting some anise seeds and sprinkling them on sugar cookies)
6. Angel cookies (use egg whites instead of the yolks in your sugar cookie recipe)
Good luck!.
