I know it's supposed to be "unhealthy" to loose that much weight that quickly but I still want to know what is the best way?

not a great way to go but this is what i did.... i lost 25 pound in 4 weeks.what i done was hour of exersise a day in morning..wouldnt eat breakfast or lunch and only very light salad in evening that would be it... but drink lots and lots of water..if cravings set in have a low callorie hot choc drink..only eat if you HAVE TO.people say body goes into servival mode but it works!! just only eat if really needed.it works!

there is no best way to loose 20 pounds in a month.it's not healthy,and if you want to lose weight,loose it slowly and surely. i just started wathcing my carbs.and i lost 30 pounds in about 3 months.and not eating at night.that is the worst meal of all.you don't need that much food at night.eat a super breakfast,and start slowing down on the eating,and hardly anything for supper.it's sure tough,since we've been programed to eat the monster meal at night... it works .i'm living proof,and i have kept it off,because it's my life ,not a kill myself ,and loose it,and gain it right back. and you will gain it back if you dont make it a part of your life style.... try it,buddy. stayoff that big supper and watch those carbs....

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

1500-2000 cals per day. Spread out to 6 small meals per day. 1 gal of water per day. Exercise 30 min perday. NO FOOD after 7:00pm. I repeat ... NO FOOD after 7:00pm.

NOT ALLOWED TO EAT ANYTHING WHITE EXCEPT EGG WHITES. NO SUGAR, NO WHITE BREAD, NO RICE.

You'll be surprised at your results. I've lost 20 lbs so far in about 6 weeks.

tisnight is rude!! no thats not the way,
jsut eat healthy, exersice and beleive that you can loose weight.
make sure to take vitamins too.

yes it's not safe to lose (one O) that much that fast. just don't eat much and work out a lot.
