Would you ever date a guy that was 5' 7"?? Please be honest, and please take into effect the heels factor!! HAHA. No seriously would it really be a possibility?? Or no??? Can it work? Ok thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes. My fiancee is 5'7" and I'm 5'5 1/2".
It can work. It's not about how tall or short you are. It's about how we feel about each other.

Why wouldn't it work? Relationships are about a heck of a lot more than just height. The only time it would be a problem (though only astetically) is if you were wearing hooker shoes (4+ inches). Otherwise, most people won't even notice the difference.

I have and I did. I am 5'6" and I did date a guy that was also 5'6". However, I did feel self conscious when we were out because of my heels. If it was casual, that was okay cause I could wear my flats. However, he was one of the nicest guys I have ever met or been involved with. After awhile, it no longer bothered me.

I am 5ft 6 in. and I would date a guy only an inch taller than me. People are more important than heels.

ok im not 5'6". im 6ft tall, and ive dated guys that are about 5'9", and it really doesnt become that big of a deal,and even tho youll be taller than him in heels, you wont be that much taller. all that matters is taht you like him =]. from experience, height makes like no difference, and you shouldnt worry about it. good luck with you guy =] and if you have any more questions just ask!

i read your question any way (i'm 5'7)... but my boyfriend is 5'8. At first it was kind of weird, but i'm used to it. And I wear heels anyway, it doesnt bother him and it doesnt bother me. So it doesnt matter.
look at tom cruise and katie holmes! its not a big deal, if the guy is shorter.
And, sorry, but your messed up if you turn down a guy just because of his height. You could be missing out on a great person!!

I am 5' 6" and have often gone out with guys that are just a smidge taller than me. I think if you really like/love someone height should not be an issue.

I have dated guys that are 5'7" an I even married my husband who is 5'6". So when I wear shoes than have a heel or sandals, I'm even taller......I don't get embarrass and my husband doesn't get intimidated because we are confident people. We are okay in our own skin that it doesn't matter what people say or think......What matters is how you feel about one another.........

My cousin is married to a woman an inch taller than he is. I know another couple where the woman is taller. I think it would work out just fine. Personally, I like guys who are like 6'2 or taller, but I have several friends who like the men who are closer to their heights.
