If you havr money to spare...Redken All Soft makes your hair extremely soft and shiny but its expensive. Otherwise if you want to purchase a regular shampoo that I adore try, INFUSIUM moisture shampoo and conditioner. It smells good and it works wonders. You can use this with or without the leave in after treatment, and it still does wonders.

try using an olive oil treatment at night. pull olive oil through your hair, put it in a bun and a bandana over it and sleep on it. this mends extreme breakage as well as adding a ton of lusture!
as for a shampoo and conditioner, try loreal paris pearl protein complex vive for hair thats damage. the shampoo, conditioner, and conditioning treatment are the most amazing products available right now. they come in light pink bottles.
hope this helps! do not use pantene, sunsilk, or garnier, they all cause buildup

attempt Chi Silk Infusion. that's made via the comparable kind that makes those spectacular flat irons, and is used to repair and rebuild your hair. that's have been given genuine silk, wheat, and soy proteins. It does run quite costly, yet you will locate it at low value shops like TJ Maxx, and so on, and all you want is a pea sized drop to rub throughout your hair. I constantly use it earlier blow drying or warmth styling :)

You have got to try the new Hairsilk line it is AWESOME !!! My hair likes to go from bone straight baby fine to dry & their product line is the best I've found to get to an even balance; that is outside of John Freida's line (which by the way is pricey). You can't beat either one!

PANTENE is by far the best!

I have tried everything, believe me. Pantene does the best at soft. Shiny, Pantene again.

Trust me or try the rest, then you will see!
