swimming and running are your best bets. You have to be committed though. Changing diet habits is a good idea too. Stop drinking soda and eating fast food.

I would say swimming (long strenuous laps) and walking at a fast pace. Your bound to feel hungry afterwards so only eat something nutritious like fruits , vegetables and whole grain breads and cereals. Stay away from processed foods, fast food and soda.

probably the quickest way is crunches. do about 300 each night before you go to bed. it helps!

working out with weights helps burn more calories.
