I believe it is a lack of God in our society. We have become a nation with no conscience. The value of a human life has become denigrated by a society filled with violence and graphic images. When we kicked God out of our schools we allowed evil to completely take over!

No! It is because of the lack of understanding, tolerance, and attention given to those students who are in need.

In all the years I was in school I never had any problems like this....... there was no prayer in school & we never had any shootings. The problem is that kids these days are getting more & more spoiled by parents who want to blame everyone but themselves for their lack of sound parenting skills. If these kids were helped when they had the opportunity these things wouldn't happen.

If the popularity "hierarchy" were dropped in schools less kids would get picked on & there would be that much less of a chance that these kids would "snap" and shoot up the place.

The problem is that nobody wants to take responsibility, or nobody cares to try to help anyone in need. The warning signs are usually there but they are ignored!

The VA-Tech shooter was diagnosed with mental health issues...... he had a lot of problems, but did anyone do anything to prevent something like this? Not as far as i see!

If anything, religion & "god" ...... they're just more reasons to discriminate against kids in schools & more reason for them to break apart & start shooting people. A child who lives in a strict christian home who cannot/does not believe what his family believes may come under a lot of stress. I'm not saying that shooting a bunch of people is a logical solution, but if the kid has a mental health issue they may just not be able to come to a better solution.

These kids do not need god, they need real-life help & real understanding to help them overcome these problems they're facing. Adults should be there to help these kids, but they ignore the problems until they blow up. Even after so many tragedies the popularity hierarchy still exists & kids are still bullied & picked on. It's the duty of the parents to protect their kids and help them when they are in need. You cannot protect a kid if you're forcing god down their throat instead of LISTENING to them.

In our society on the instant many families are reducing short in coaching their toddlers understand in direction of others and themselves. i do no longer that spanking is often the respond particularly if a be sure is abusing the youngster. whilst i replaced into youthful my mom could slap my hand every time I grabbed a cookie from the cookie jar till now great. I hated it whilst i replaced into youthful yet now I certainly have one in each of those self-discipline that many youthful young toddlers do no longer seem to have now. So loss of self-discipline does have some variety of expertise whilst it is composed of the forms of behaviors. yet, it would not advise that the youngster or how ever is to blame for such issues would not % help in therapy or has felt omit understood and would not understand a thank you to take duty to alter his/or her life in a great way.

I think it's due to the lack of morals in society.

Incorporating religion in school will not solve the problem. The world has gotten so bad with accepting what used to be unacceptable, that not much can make a difference today.

No.
It is often because instead of helping people suffering from schizoid delusional mental disorder get treatment, those delusions are encouraged .
They sometime evolve in full blown mental disease with dire consequences.
Some of the symptoms of delusional mental disorder are : Believing that invisible things are around you, looking a you, hearing you and influencing your life. Irrational thinking and beliefs, hearing voices etc...

Yes, it all boils down to just one factor, and if we put god back in the schools, nobody would be violent at school anymore, we'd have no more teenage pregnancies or drug dealers, and everybody would get excited to find a date for the sock hop.

Yes I do. Once prayer was taken out of school everything went crazy. God is first in everything not a few things everything!!! But God first and we will see a change. God please send your angels around our schools all over the U.S.
